Double Chocolate Zucchini Cake – Fit / Paleo

When it comes to really chocolatey cake, this is definitely the one. Chocolate zucchini, believe me, you can’t taste it. Served with peanut butter and strawberries, it enhances the taste even more. You have to really do it. You will definitely sweeten the gray days outside

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g almond flour
  • 20g of cocoa
  • 100g of erythritol
  • 5g of soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 4g turmeric with cinnamon
  • 180g zucchini, approx
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml coconut yogurt
  • 60 ml of oil
  • 10 ml of vinegar
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • +dark chocolate drops

Instructions:

Wash the zucchini and grate it together with the skin. We squeeze out excess water.

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Combine both masses and add zucchini.

Mix thoroughly and transfer to a baking tray lined with paper – a small cake tin is ideal. Sprinkle with baking drops.

Bake for 50 minutes at 180C.

*Serve with peanut butter (no sugar, no additives , no palm oil) and strawberries, drizzle with chocolate.
