Ingredients:
- 2 cups kale, stems removed (or sub spinach)
- 1 heaping cup frozen pineapple
- 1 large frozen ripe banana
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or sub whatever milk you’d like),
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ inch hunk fresh peeled ginger,
Instructions:
In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined.
If necessary, add in more milk to thin the smoothie and blend again.
