Healthy Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with juicy berries, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that support your health every day.

Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries – every sip of this smoothie is a burst of flavor and natural sweetness. Plus, it takes just a few minutes to prepare, making it a perfect choice for a quick breakfast, a healthy snack, or post-workout recovery.

Ingredients:
  • 310 g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 fresh banana 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 350 ml rice milk organic unsweetened

Instructions:

Peel the banana and cut it into chunks. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth and creamy texture. Taste the smoothie, adding more oat milk if it is too thick for your liking.
Pour into a glass, bottle or mason jar.
