INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk, or coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • Touch of honey or maple syrup, optional
  • Toppings: fresh pineapple and toasted shredded coconut

INSTRUCTION:

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with fresh pineapple and toasted coconut.
