INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup canned coconut milk, or coconut water
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
- Touch of honey or maple syrup, optional
- Toppings: fresh pineapple and toasted shredded coconut
INSTRUCTION:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with fresh pineapple and toasted coconut.
