Ice Cream Pumpkin Peanut Butter
Pumpkin Peanut Butter Ice Cream is the perfect example that pumpkin doesn’t have to be reserved just for autumn recipes. While it’s often associated with colder months, this treat proves there are exceptions – especially when it comes to ice cream in a healthier, homemade version. There’s nothing here that could harm your body. It’s a “better” kind of sweet – because are desserts ever truly healthy? Maybe not completely, but we can control what we eat by making our own treats with simple, natural ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin without any additives
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened, no xylitol)
- 1 cup coconut / plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, no artificial sweeteners)
INSTRUCTION:
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt until smooth and well blended.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Pop out the frozen treats and serve to your dog as a refreshing snack.
Enyoj!!
