 Homemade Coconut Milk

This homemade coconut milk is my original two-ingredient recipe – simple, healthy, and unlike the traditional versions made with canned coconut milk. Here, we use the natural sweetness of shredded coconut, with no added sugar, no preservatives, and no unnecessary ingredients. It’s perfect for anyone who cares about clean eating, has a dairy allergy, or just wants to avoid store-bought alternatives. Pure, smooth, and delicious – a top-quality coconut milk you can make in minutes.
INGREDIENTS
  • 200g coconut flakes
  • 500-600ml coconut water
  • * If you want, you can optionally add maple syrup – the amount depends on you

PREPARATION

In a blender, mix coconut flakes of water, check from time to time and add coconut water. The consistency must be smooth (always some chips will be sensitive), strain through the gara /strainer with small eyes. Pour into a glass container. You can keep such milk in the fridge 7-8 days – believe me, it will disappear faster.
