Hi!
Let’s stick to the topic of a quick salad, because it’s still summer and the weather is actually beautiful and sunny.
That’s why we still use light dishes. Because there will still be time for warm soups. Today something very interesting, crazy and perhaps controversial for many – SALAD WITH FIGS AND HALLOUMI.
And even though I don’t like combining sweet and savory flavors, they combine PERFECTLY – you must try it. Believe me, you will want to eat it every day.
Ingredients:
- 3 handfuls Arugula
- 1/2 package Halloumi cheese (113 g)
- 4 pieces Fresh Figs
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 30 g Walnuts
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic cream
Instructions:
Cut the halloumi into pieces and grill it in a pan, but do not burn it – you can use a toaster to make the work easier.
Wash the arugula, dry it and arrange it on plates.
Wash the figs, cut them into eighths and arrange them on the arugula.
Roll the ham into florets and place on plates.
Sprinkle everything with toasted nuts, season with pepper, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic cream.
Enjoy !
