Protein-fat breakfast

Hi!

I have a breakfast for you that you will love just by looking at it. An alternative to the standard toast with bread – I’m sure one won’t be enough, but be warned, this breakfast is really nutritious and will keep you full for several hours. So, shall we begin?

Ingredients:

  • 100g cheddar cheese
  • 80g bacon
  • Jalapenos
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • Smoked salmon
  • Cherry tomatoes (the less sweet, the better)
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Toster

Instructions:

Place cheese, bacon, and 2 eggs in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a toaster – about two tablespoons on each side. Bake until golden brown (but don’t burn it, haha).

Meanwhile, mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.

Fry an egg on a pan so that the yolk remains runny (it contains all the vitamin goodness). Note: Keep the egg on the pan long enough for the egg white to slightly brown.

On a plate, arrange lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Place the waffles on top, spread avocado on one, place the fried egg on another, and place smoked salmon on a third. Sprinkle with pumpkin or sunflower seeds for added flavor. Drizzle truffle oil over everything and enjoy!
