Homemade Tortilla – only one ingredient / Keto, Gluten- Free ,

Homemade Tortilla and only one ingredient. Super soft, the rest are your favorite additions just the way you like them. There are plenty of ideas for a quick breakfast for work, on a trip, for a picnic, but there are also plenty of options for lunch. Traditional sandwiches are boring, it’s worth eating something better and just as colorful. Enjoy this super homemade Tortilla in a healthy version. Little work and you can do everything in 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Free-range eggs
  • Cottage cheese (I used lactose-free)
  • Favorite ham (I used homemade)
  • 1 organic tomato (I don’t have mine yet)
  • 1 organic cucumber (I don’t have mine yet)
  • a few lettuce leaves (I used from my garden)
  • fresh basil and chives
  • salt ,
  • favorite spices

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them with salt until very stiff. Finally, add the yolks (the foam must be really stiff. I use a Bosch food processor for this here).

Put the mixture on baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. (After baking, take out and gently remove the paper) leave to cool.

In a bowl, blend cottage cheese with basil and chives, add any spices you like.
Put green cottage cheese, a few lettuce leaves, a tomato cut into lengths, a cucumber on the egg dough and roll everything into a roll, pressing well. Cut in half and serve with your favorite salad or extra sauce.

You can put whatever you want inside the tortilla, you can do it according to your taste.
