  • 5 eggs ( or more)
  • Salt
  • Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Favorite breakfast items


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg whites stiff with a pinch of salt. Gradually add the egg yolks and combine to a homogeneous mass at low speed with a mixer.
Spread olive oil on the baking sheet (so that the dough does not stick) Put two large spoons of dough on the baking sheet, sprinkle with cheddar cheese (optional)
