Grilled Chicken Breast with Green Vegetables.

Today, I’ll show you how to make juicy grilled chicken breast paired with fresh, green vegetables – and the best part is, you only need four ingredients! This recipe is ideal when you’re short on time but still want to enjoy a wholesome meal. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, packed with flavor, and light at the same time. Check out how you can whip up something tasty in just a few minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts / free range
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 medium zucchini – peeled
  • 100g green peas – frozen
  • May bunch of parsley
  • salt, black pepper

Instructions:

Chicken breasts wash, dry, season and bake on the grill/oven

Courgettes peeled, cooled, gently fry in olive oil (5 minutes), add 10ml of water and simmer on medium power. In the meantime, cook the green powder for 5 minutes from the boiling of the water.

Add spinach to the courgettes (but make sure the water has evaporated) and peas, simmer everything together, add chopped parsley, season.

Transfer to a bowl and then grilled chicken breast cut into slices.
