Chicken Breast with Creamy Avocado Sauce & Green Pea Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts / organic / free range
- 4 medium tomatoes
- fresh basil
- a large handful of fresh parsley
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt / any other
- Green pea pasta / GF
- Salt, black pepper, red paprika powder
Instructions:
Chicken breast, washed, dried and seasoned – salt, black pepper, red pepper, and 6 leaves of fresh basil, chopped. Grill in a pan / in a toaster / or in the oven (to make it juicy)
Put a large handful of parsley, 3 sprigs of basil, a whole avocado, coconut yogurt / other, salt, black pepper in a blender, blend everything until smooth.
Chop the tomatoes into any cubes / medium
Put the cooked pasta in a bowl, then sliced chicken, tomatoes and green avocado sauce, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
