Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Bake

A quick and delicious dinner? Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Bake is the perfect solution! All you need to do is buy the ingredients, place them in one dish, and let the oven do the rest of the work. Juicy chicken, creamy cheddar cheese, and tender broccoli come together to create a combination that will delight the whole family. Minimal effort, maximum flavor – can it get any better? In today’s post, I’ll show you how easy it is to prepare this dish, perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions!

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder – optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can condensed cheddar soup – vega verision
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese-  vegan

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 190°C

Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make 4 thinner pieces. Place them side by side in a 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour the thickened soup over the chicken (don’t add any water to it).

Place the frozen broccoli around the chicken.

Cover the baking dish tightly with an ovenproof lid and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle with cheese (concentrate on the chicken). Return to the oven, uncovered, at 75°C for another 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through but juicy.

To serve, add the chicken first, then toss the broccoli with the sauce as it will release some water during cooking. Season with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
