Mango Ice Cream Homemade – Dairy free / free sugar / No GMO

Hi!

Ice Cream can eat all year round. Ice cream is the only dessert that can be combined with literally anything – brownie cake
, waffles, cake with ice cream, cheesecakes, coffee with ice cream, there are plenty of options. Just like there are many flavors of ice cream.

Mine are definitely fruity – I love them for their light consistency and they are really refreshing. Of course, if the taste is interesting, I will be tempted, but fruit ice cream, especially homemade ice cream, beats all other store-bought ice creams.

Mango Ice Cream Homemade – Dairy free / free sugar / No GMO. Better composition without additional artificial thickeners and a whole array of additional artificial preservatives.

You must try them, and be sure to let me know if you like them as much as I do.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz frozen mango
  • 1 ,5 cup of coconut cream (I use organic in a carton because it is all solid) if you use a can, remember to use the solid part of the cream. An optional substitute can be yogurt, but it will have a different consistency and taste.
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • extra few frozen raspberries

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to the bowl and blend until you obtain a smooth mass
Put the resulting mass into bowls (optionally add a few frozen raspberries by pressing them in – this combination gives a really great taste, try it) and put in the freezer for at least 6 hours (I left it overnight)

Serve and ENJOY!

Store in the freezer in an airtight container. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or on the countertop for 30 minutes prior to serving.

Enjoy !
