Magnum Cheesecake Ice Cream

This new flavor of homemade ice cream is an absolute revelation. The combination of fresh raspberries and creamy white chocolate has created a unique and intense flavor explosion. Every bite is a surprise and a delight for the taste buds. It’s quick, simple to make, and guarantees the best taste.

Ingredients:

  • 130ml heavy whipping cream
  • 150g mascarpone cheese
  • 50ml plant-based milk or regular milk
  • 2g guar gum or vegan gelatin
  • 20g erythritol or other sweetener
  • 4 crushed vegan biscuits/cookies (use your preferred type)
  • 90g raspberries
  • 180g sugar-free white chocolate (or any other type you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

 

Instructions:

First, prepare the jam by heating the raspberries in the microwave. If desired, you can add a sweetener. Mash them thoroughly and strain the mixture to remove the seeds. Mix the remaining ingredients and sweeten according to your preference. Spread the mixture over a biscuit crust, and top it with the raspberry jam. Place it in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours, or leave it overnight. Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals.

Decorate with your choice of toppings.
