Together, we will explore recipes for homemade ice creams that are perfect for summer days and will make you feel great.
Ingredients: recipe for 8 portions
- 300g coconut cream
- 5g gelatin
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 teaspoons erythritol or other sweetener of your choice
- Sugar-free chocolate (85% cocoa) or any chocolate of your choice
- 20g unrefined cocoa butter or unrefined coconut oil
- Raw, crushed cocoa beans
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
Heat the coconut cream in a saucepan. Dissolve the gelatin in the heated coconut cream.
Add the chia seeds and erythritol (or sweetener) to the mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze.
Melt the chocolate and cocoa butter (or coconut oil) in a double boiler. Add cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder to the melted mixture. Dip the frozen cakesicles into the chocolate coating, making sure they are evenly coated. Sprinkle crushed cocoa beans and chocolate on top for decoration.
