Fluffy Caramel Cheesecake with Baked Apples and Crumble

Hi!

Cheesecakes that don’t crave them. Cheesecake is the queen of cakes. How about cheesecake with apple? Lately, I’ve been thinking about cheesecake all the time, but I also had a huge craving for apple cake again, so I tried one of them and something really amazing came out. I present to you Fluffy Caramel Cheesecake with Baked Apples and Crumble

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 200G almond flour
  • 60g butter – melted
  • a small cup of almond flakes

Cheesecake:

  • 1 kg of fatty cottage cheese – grind it 2 times
2 caramel puddings without sugar /or with sugar
3/4 cup of erythritol/or other sweetener
    4 eggs

Apple Muse:

  • 4-5 apples (the less sweet the better)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (I used more)
  • 1 teaspoon of erythritol / honey will be better

Crumble: 50g butter, 50g erythritol, 50g almond flour

Instructions:

Slice the apples, sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar and lightly toast them – set aside to cool.
Combine the ingredients for the bottom and put it on the bottom of the springform pan.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the cheesecake mass, pour on the bottom, add apples and crumble.

Bake 1h at 180

Pour icing, chocolate or whatever you like. I served it with homemade ice cream, it was delicious

Enjoy !
