Delicious and Healthy Waffles with Cream and Fruit

Is there anything better than fluffy and waffles that are also healthy? Today, I have a recipe for waffles with cream and fresh fruits that are not only delicious but also easy to make. What’s more, you only need a few ingredients to enjoy this tasty meal. Get ready for a real feast for your taste buds!

Ingredients waffle:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 70g mascarpone
  • 40g erytrytol / (or other sweetener )
  • 15g cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 1teaspoon of gluten free baking powder / (but use what you have according to your predispositions)

Cream recipe:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 20g dark cocoa without sugar / if you want, you can use whatever you want
  • Ground erythritol to taste or protein powder
  • 60 ml of almond milk / or milk
  • Favorite fruit
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar-free vanilla extract
  • Extras – I use peanut butter, almond flakes, dark chocolate
  • Vegan cream – I used coconut

Instructions waffle:

Combine all the ingredients for the waffle dough together to a homogeneous mass.

Put 2 tablespoons of dough on hot waffle iron plates – (be careful because the dough will grow and may spill out)

Bake until you get the right dough structure.

Instructions cream: 

Combine avocado, vanilla extract, erythritol, cocoa and plant-based milk in a bowl and blend until smooth.
Spread the finished waffles with chocolate cream, put fruit and the rest of the decorations.
