A time surrounded by magic, warmth, and an extraordinary atmosphere. It’s a period that makes our hearts beat faster, and a smile becomes an inseparable companion. Yes, I’m talking about the holidays!

And what is one of the sweetest elements of this magical season? Of course, Christmas cupcakes! These small, tempting treats not only add charm to our Christmas tables but also delight taste buds and food lovers of all ages.

What makes these cupcakes so special? Firstly, they are incredibly delicious. Their delicate, spice-scented cake melts in your mouth, tempting you with its aroma. But that’s not all! What gives them a unique flavor is chocolate and a delicate yogurt-coconut cream. These two ingredients perfectly enhance the taste, turning the cupcakes into a culinary masterpiece.

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 50g erythritol / albo innego słodzidłą

  • 50g coconut flour

  • 1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
  • sugar-free marmalade

Instructions:

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. add erythitol at the end. Add the egg yolks and continue to mix, add ghee (melted) In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add to the dough and combine together. Put the first layer into the mold, add sugar-free marlade on top, see through the next layer.Each cake should be 60g. Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes

In a pot, heat vegan cream and add dark chocolate, wait until it cools down a bit and pour over Cake. In a small bowl, mix 4 large spoons of natural yoghurt and add coconut.

Decorate the cake and enjoy.
