The new recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies is a true autumn must-have for chocolate and peanut butter lovers! These brownies are incredibly moist, rich in flavor, and have a creamy peanut butter layer that perfectly complements the deep chocolate taste. Every bite is a combination of intense chocolate sweetness with a delicate salty note of peanut butter, making them the perfect treat for chilly Autumn evenings.
Ingredients:
- 31g almond flour
- 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.3g teaspoon fine sea salt
- 175g semisweet chocolate chips, bar, etc. (70%- 80%)
- 114 g salted butter
- 150 g granulated sugar xylitol
- 10 ml pure vanilla extract (sugar free)
- 2 large eggs free range
- 135 g creamy peanut butter no add
- 1 cup of mix-ins chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, nuts, etc. – optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, grease an 8×8” baking dish, set aside.
Mix flour, cocoa powder and sea salt together in a small bowl; set aside.
Melt chocolate and butter together on the stovetop over low heat. Stir until smooth and glossy. Set aside to cool.
In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat eggs and sugar for 1 minute or until pale and thick.
Add melted chocolate/butter mixture, peanut butter and vanilla and stir on low speed until batter is smooth and homogenous.
Add dry ingredients, mix on low speed until just incorporated and there are no lumps.
Stir in chocolate chips or your preferred mix-ins.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until the top is set and 18-25minutes.
Place brownie pan on a wire cooling rack to cool completely and serve whit ice cream – its perfect
