Chocolate Ice Cream – a classic that always tastes great and always wins over any other flavor. Even though I prefer fruity ice creams, chocolate always finds its way to me, tempting with its deep, rich sweetness. This chocolate ice cream recipe is special – simple to make, and the result will delight any chocolate lover. Perfect for any occasion, no matter the season.
Ingredients:
- 13.5 oz coconut cream
- 1/2 cup cashews (boil for 15 min)
- 1/3 unsweetened cocoa (organic if you could)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (no sugar) (Remember, vanilla itself is naturally sweet)
- 1/2 unsweetened almond milk/or any milk
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey
- Chopped chocolate (any)
Instructions:
Put everything into the blender except the chopped chocolate and mix until smooth. This may take some time. Place it in a silicone ice cube tray (or similar) and place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours. blend again and serve to your liking
