Is there anyone who doesn’t know and love a sweet candy bar? Today, I will take you back in time to my childhood and share with you my favorite flavor – the Bounty Bar.
There’s nothing better than reaching for something that reminds us of carefree days, isn’t it? For me, that flavor is the Bounty bar. Although there are many desserts I loved back then and still do today, this candy bar holds a special place in my heart.
And most importantly, preparing it is unbelievably simple! It requires only a few ingredients and minimal effort, yet the taste is absolutely incredible. Could you ask for anything more?

- 150g coconut milk (I used this )
- 150g coconut flakes
- Erythritol to taste / or other sweetener (amount according to your own predispositions)
- Dark chocolate
- Vanilla extract optional
Combine all ingredients together coconut milk, coconut flakes, sweetener and vanilla extract – it’s really optional.
Mix everything and make bars mine were 28g but you can do whatever you want. Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Melt the whole bar of chocolate and coat each bar, finally decorate with the rest of the chocolate and eat.
