Banana Bread Chocolate Walnut – Healthy Cake.
Today, I’m sharing a recipe for Banana Bread with Chocolate and Walnuts – in a healthy and gluten-free version! This is a perfect alternative for those who can’t eat gluten but still want to enjoy a delicious treat without compromising their diet. Naturally sweetened with ripe bananas, packed with crunchy walnuts and rich dark chocolate chunks, this cake is not only tasty but also satisfying. It’s a great snack or a healthy dessert option – definitely worth trying!
Ingredients:
- 2 spotty bananas
- 1/3 cup cashew butter / or any nuts(no add)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- dash of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup walnuts (optional)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180.
Mash banana in large mixing bowl. Mix in remaining wet ingredients with banana.
Mix dry ingredients separately and then combine both wet and dry until fully mixed.
Pour mixture into loaf pan lined with parchment paper
Optional: sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips on top
Bake for 45-50 minutes until knife comes out clean
