Atumn Strawberry Jam

Hi!

Atumn Strawberry Jam

Today, I’m excited to share a recipe for homemade jam that perfectly combines the flavors of summer and fall. This Atumn Strawberry Jam is wonderfully simple – just 3 ingredients, and you’ll have a delicious, preservative-free jam ready to enjoy! It’s delicately sweet, fruity, with a hint of cinnamon, and perfect for everything – from morning toast and pancakes to desserts. With this jam, you can capture the taste of summer strawberries for the cooler days and enjoy a homemade, healthy treat throughout the fall. Ready for something delicious?

Ingredients:

  • 600g strawberries
  • 400g apples (peeled, core removed)
  • 350g sweetener (optional) I didn’t add any
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions:

Wash and peel the strawberries.
Wash and peel the apples and remove the cores.

Cut the strawberries and raspberries into cubes/halves. Place the fruit in a pot with cinnamon (sweetener if you use it). Cook on medium heat for 1 hour – skimming the white foam from the top. Stir occasionally so that nothing burns from the bottom.

I transfer the still hot jam to jars sterilized in a row and for even better pasteurization I place them upside down – also until completely cooled. After this time you can store them in a dark, cool and dry place or simply in the fridge if you intend to eat it relatively quickly.

You can use this jam for waffles, pancakes, cakes, tartlets, you have a lot of uses for it.

Enjoy !
