Hazelnut Chocolate Protein Bars
These Hazelnut Chocolate Protein Bars are the perfect balance of indulgence and nourishment. Packed with rich cocoa, crunchy hazelnuts, and a boost of protein, they make an ideal post-workout snack or a healthy treat to satisfy your sweet cravings. Easy to make and naturally delicious, they’ll quickly become your go-to energy bar.
INGREDIENTS:
- 70g protein powder chocolate or vanilla
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 170g hazelnut butter
- 5 tbsp cashew milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 40g hazelnuts
For the chocolate topping
- 100g dark chocolate I use 80% chocolate
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts optional
INSTRUCTION:
Mix the hazelnut butter, maple syrup and milk in a large bowl.
Add the protein powder and cocoa and mix to form a smooth dough.
Fold in the hazelnuts, then transfer and press down the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Break up the dark chocolate into a heat-proof dish and melt in the microwave. Fold in the optional chopped hazelnuts, then spread over the protein brownies.
Refrigerate until set, then slice into 8 bars.
