Simple Everyday Tahini Sauce

This easy tahini sauce is smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s perfect for drizzling over salads, grain bowls, roasted veggies, or using as a dip. It has a rich, nutty taste with a hint of lemon and garlic, making it a great addition to any meal. Quick to make and super versatile, this sauce will become a staple in your kitchen!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt & pepper
  • ¼ – ½ cup of water

PREPARATION

Add all the ingredients into a blender or bowl, starting with 1/4 cup of water. Stir or blend it together until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency (I like mine the consistency of ranch dressing).
Pour into a sealed glass container and keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
