Herbed Smoked Salmon Spread with Roasted Red Peppers

INGREDIENTS

  • 227g smoked salmon sugar-free if possible
  • 227g dairy-free cream cheese regular will also work
  • 150-200g roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill about 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth and incorporated.
Taste, season with salt and pepper, and scoop into a serving dish.
Refrigerate for at least half an hour, and serve with crackers or vegetables.
