The Blueberry Lemon Smoothie Bowl
This is one of my absolute favorites! The Blueberry Lemon Smoothie Bowl combines a creamy texture with a refreshing, slightly citrusy flavor. The sweetness of the blueberries pairs perfectly with the hint of lemon, creating a light yet satisfying breakfast or snack. It’s the perfect choice when I need something healthy, delicious, and full of color.
INGREDIENTS:
- 240 grams frozen blueberries
- 210 grams frozen bananas chopped
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 2 grams lemon zest optional, only add for a stronger lemon flavor
- 1 vanilla protein powder optional
- 15-45 ml oat milk add as needed
INSTRUCTION:
Add the blueberries, frozen bananas, lemon juice, lemon zest, and protein powder to a high powdered blender and blend together. If needed, add in oat milk 1 tablespoon at a time to help thin out the smoothie.
Once the smoothie is completely blended, yet still very thick, serve it in two bowls and add on any desired toppings
