Watermelon Smoothie

Watermelon Smoothie is the perfect drink for hot days – light, refreshing, and naturally sweet. With its high water content, watermelon quenches thirst effortlessly, and when blended with ice, lime, or mint, it creates a delicious and healthy smoothie. It’s a great choice for a quick breakfast, post-workout snack, or simply a cool treat on a summer afternoon.
INGREDIENTS:
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honeyoptional
  • Toppings: fresh watermelon slices

INSTRUCTION:

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with a slice of watermelon
