Watermelon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or water
- 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup coconut yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, optional
- Toppings: fresh watermelon slices
INSTRUCTION:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with a slice of watermelon
