Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers are a lighter, healthier twist on the classic burger—packed with flavor, protein, and fresh ingredients. The combination of juicy turkey, salty feta, and tender spinach creates a perfectly balanced bite that’s great for a quick dinner or a summer barbecue. Easy to make and incredibly delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1kg lean ground turkey
- 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese / LF
- 1 egg or 3 Tablespoons egg whites
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- GF Bun
INSTRUCTION:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, egg whites, parsley, garlic, sea salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is even incorporated.
Form the mixture into 4–5 equal-sized patties using your hands.
Grill the patties for 6–8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the burgers are no longer pink in the center.
Serve immediately on buns GF, in lettuce wraps, or over a salad with your favorite toppings.
