These cottage cheese patties are a real winner when it comes to quick and light meals. They’re super easy to make, low in calories, and high in protein – perfect for a light lunch or dinner. Soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside, they taste great on their own, with veggies, or your favourite sauce. If you’re looking for something healthy, filling, and effortless – this recipe is just what you need.
INGREDIENTS
  • 300 g cottage cheese LF
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g mixed linseed / oatmeal GF
  • green onion, salt, pepper to taste, favorite spices (e.g. garlic, pepper powder)
  • Ghee butter, coconut oil, olive oil

PREPARATION

Finely chop the green onion.
In a bowl, combine rural cheese, oatmeal or linseed, chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper and other favorite spices.
Stake the eggs and mix everything together thoroughly. Cover the bowl and set aside for about an hour.
Heat a small amount of any fat in a pan. With a spoon, form small pancakes from the prepared mass.
Fry the fritters on medium heat until they are gold on both sides. Put the finished cutlets on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain excess fat.
Serve with any dressing – you’ll find home here and your favorite vegetable.
