Homemade Avocado Mayonnaise
Today I’m sharing a simple, healthy and delicious recipe – homemade avocado mayo. It’s a great alternative to traditional mayonnaise – egg-free, preservative-free, but still rich, creamy and full of healthy fats. Perfect for sandwiches, salads, wraps, or even as a dip for fresh veggies. If you love avocado, this one’s definitely for you!
INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup ripe avocado puree
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons white or apple vinegar (no added sugar)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Transfer all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Add more water if you need thinner mayonnaise. Transfer the finished mayonnaise to a clean jar. Store in the fridge and consume within 4 days.
