Coconut cream gives this smoothie an exceptional smoothness and rich flavor, instantly transporting you to exotic beaches. Combined with fruits like bananas or mangoes and a touch of natural sweetness, it creates a drink that not only delights with its taste but also provides valuable nutrients.

Ingredients:
  • 210 g coconat cream
  • 150 g strawberries – fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana – frozen
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 120 ml almond milk – (My homemade almond milk)
  • 1 medjool date or 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 g vanilla extract 
  • ice cubes
  • coconut flakes

Instructions:

In a high powered blender, blend together the carrot, banana, pineapple, coconut flakes, orange juice (add up to ¼ more orange juice, 1 tablespoon at a time if needed), ginger, turmeric and black pepper. Serve right away in one glass.
