Healthy Broccoli Pizza

Ingredients:
- 350g broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 50g grated mozzarella
- 50g grated parmesan
- salt and pepper
Additions:
- Tomato passata (I made it at home)
- bacon slices
- red onion sliced
- cherry tomatoes
- 4 mushrooms
- black olives
- cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- arugula
- salt, black pepper, fresh basil
Instructions:
Wash the broccoli and blend it into a fine powder. Add the egg and spices and cheddar cheese and half of the parmesan, mix everything with a spoon. Put on baking paper and sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180C
Spread red sauce and the rest of the toppings according to your taste on the baked base of the broccoli pizza – I used lightly baked bacon, chopped onion, a few mushrooms, tomatoes, covered with cheese and some olives.
Put in the oven for literally 10 minutes max or until the cheese melts
