Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs ( or more)
  • Salt
  • Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Favorite breakfast items

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg whites stiff with a pinch of salt. Gradually add the egg yolks and combine to a homogeneous mass at low speed with a mixer.
Spread olive oil on the baking sheet (so that the dough does not stick) Put two large spoons of dough on the baking sheet, sprinkle with cheddar cheese (optional)
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, release your imagination and eat with your favorite toppings.
