If you want to cool down on hot days with enjoyable and healthy sugar-free ice creams, then this post is just for you. Together, we will explore recipes for homemade ice creams that are perfect for summer days and will make you feel great.
Ingredients:
- 100ml heavy cream
- 35g plantbased milk or regular milk
- 35g mascarpone cheese
- 3 drops of peppermint essence
- Erythritol or any other sweetener
- 2g guar gum or gelatin vegan
- Chopped dark chocolate
- Sugar-free food coloring
- 160g 85% chocolate or any other chocolate you like
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions:
First, mix together plant milk, and sweetener.
Add heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, peppermint extract, guar gum, and food coloring.
Blend until everything is well combined. Add chopped chocolate and stir until it is evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into molds and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a saucepan.
Remove the ice cream from the molds and dip them halfway into the chocolate.
