Bread in a healthy version – gluten free

Hi!

I’ve noticed that there isn’t a recipe yet for a healthy gluten-free bread. So, I’ll make up for it and provide you with a recipe for a super healthy bread. It tastes incredibly delicious and makes a perfect substitute for a traditional loaf of bread. It’s super quick to prepare, requires minimal effort, and uses simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 250g almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g clarified butter / unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of black cumin, chia seeds, white sesame seeds

 

Instructions:

Separate the egg whites and beat them into stiff peaks with a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients with the egg yolks. Add black cumin and chia seeds (optional).

Mix both mixtures together, transfer the batter to a loaf pan, and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.

Bake the bread for approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
